All BT Broadband packages come with a BT Home Hub, security, 5Gb online storage for photos etc, 24/7 help line, free BT Yahoo! email addresses. There's other extras which you get with each different option, best to look at their site (the link above).
They are currently offering £40 off your bill if you sign up for a BT credit card when you order, and use it at least once, BUT you MUST use a special link on their broadband page. They are also offering £50 off your bill if you're currently with Tiscali and you go back to BT!
I was with BT for a good few years and found their service good and reliable. The odd time that there was a problem at the exchange, it was fixed within a few hours.
